You’re invited to connect with your body and breath to pinpoint areas of tension and release them.
This class will begin by slowing down our breath before moving through a series of gentle, calming poses and flows. We’ll end with a guided meditation for stress relief to get you feeling centered for the rest of the day!
All you need is a Mat or if you don’t have one you can also use a towel, rug or blanket.
