- Order Cost: Payment for the full production of your custom candles, including label printing, insert card printing, and shipping/handling, is due when you place your final order.
Yes, we offer in-house design services for custom labels and packaging. If you already have a design, we can work with your files, or our team can create a custom design based on your vision.
Due to the personalized nature of custom candles, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect in the product. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 2 days if any issues arise.
